We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@360fitness.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  1. Items that have been assembled may incur a restocking/handling charge of up to 20%. 
  2. If the item or items require our trucks for pick up, an additional transportation charge will apply.
  3. Online, shipped orders will need to be shipped back at your expense.
  4. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable.
  5. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product.
  6. Original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be applied in the original method of payment.
  7. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a EFT excluding original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping.
  8. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
  9. Refund will take 7 to 10 working days
  10. Special order or custom manufactured items are not refundable.
