Standard Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all equipment in a timely and secure manner. Please find our standard delivery terms below:

1.     Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 3 business days and shipped via courier or In-House staff depending on item and or area. Expected delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability. This only applies to items that are currently in stock

2.     Shipping Fees: Shipping is free for particular products. This will depend on the below.

3.     Installation: Installation is available on request and will be billed separately.

4.     Delivery Confirmation: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please check the tracking link for updates on your delivery status.

5.     Inspection: Please inspect your equipment upon delivery. In case of damage or missing parts, notify our customer support team in writing within 48 hours, sales@360fitness.co.za. We will arrange for a return or exchange.

6.     Returns and Exchanges: If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or it arrives damaged, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges page for more details. Terms and conditions apply
